Chemistry Department Activity

At the Tau Devi Lal College, Murthal, under the aegis of the Department of Chemistry, an online extension lecture on nanomedicine was conducted in which Dr. Badri Prasad, a scientist at Cambridge University, England, introduced the nanomedicine used in the treatment of cancer to children. Dr. Prasad told that with the help of nanomedicine, we can only eliminate cancer responders without side effects. He told that the medicine that we take three times a day, the same medicine will have to be taken only once a day with nanomedicine. All the students of the Faculty of Science participated enthusiastically in this lecture. Vice Principal Dr. Seema Thakaran said that the main objective of this lecture is to make children aware of the new research being done in science. On this occasion, the head of the department, Dr. Jasbir Sangwan, Dr. Sunil Panwar, Dr. Rajesh Bhardwaj, Dr. Anupriya Punia, Dr. Vinod Khatri, Dr. Praveen Kumar, Dr. Satbir Kashmiri and Dr. Devendra Malik were present.
