This is brought to your kind notice that the shifting from one course to another course will be allowed within 15 days and fee will also be transferred accordingly within this time frame.
In this case, the consent of both Chairpersons/HODs/Incharges should be obtained in writing. The corresponding offices must then make the appropriate entry in their respective record registers. A copy of the order regarding fee transfer should be sent by the Department/College to the Finance Officer, BPSMV Khanpur Kalan for information/record.
Further, in case of cancellation of admission in any course, the student is eligible for a 100% fee refund upto September 30 and with a deduction of not more than Rs. 1000/- as a processing fee upto 31 October, as per UGC guidelines. A copy of fee refund policy issued by UGC has already circulated vide this office letter No. BPSMV/Acad/3387-3414 dated 23/07/2024.
