Gcw Murthal Freshers Party Sept 2025

Colourful freshers party organized at TDL Government Women's Postgraduate College Murthal Murthal (Sonipat). A grand freshers party was organized to welcome the new students at TDL Government Women's Postgraduate College Murthal. The campus of the college was filled with joy and enthusiasm on this occasion. The new students introduced their personality and talent through colourful presentations. The program was inaugurated by Principal Dr. Seema Thakran with the lighting of the lamp. Addressing the students, she said that along with higher education, active participation in cultural and co-curricular activities leads to all-round development of personality. She also wished the students all the best for the new session. In the freshers party, the students gave beautiful presentations of dance, song, fashion show and poems, which were highly appreciated by the audience present. The jury comprising Dr. Geeta (Assistant Professor, Commerce), Dr. Ankit (Assistant Professor, Geography), Dr. Rohit (Assistant Professor, Commerce) and Dr. Sandeep (Assistant Professor, Computer Science) evaluated the participants. Convener Dr. Manoj Dahiya announced the results of Miss Fresher, Miss Talented, Miss Beautiful and Miss Dress-up (UG and PG categories). PG category – Miss Beautiful Guru Pyari (M.Sc.), Miss Talented Sonia (M.Com.), Miss Fresher Muskan (PGDCA), Miss Dress-up Tanu (M.Sc.); UG category – Miss Beautiful Sangam, Miss Dress-up Natasha, Miss Talented Mannu Kadyan, Miss Fresher Payal (B.A. First Year). The winners were encouraged by giving prizes and honours. Dr. Vinod, Dr. Nitin, Dr. Rashmi, Dr. Meenu and Dr. Savita played an important role in the organising committee. The special presence of Dr. Amit Kaushik, Dr. Sunil Panwar, Dr. Naveen, Dr. Parveen, Dr. Jyoti Raj, Dr. Sandeep Dahiya, Dr. Komal and Dr. Sarita Banga made the program even more dignified. All the teachers encouraged the students. The stage was efficiently managed by the promising students of the college, Ritika and Kiran (BA 3rd Year), whose confidence and energy kept the entire ceremony alive. At the end of the program, the new students expressed their gratitude to the senior students and teachers, calling it an unforgettable moment of their college life. And the senior students Shivani, Muskan, Tanu, Kajal, Muskan, Pariksha and their entire team cooperated fully in making the event successful and an atmosphere of harmony, joy and enthusiasm prevailed in the entire college. The Principal Madam specially thanked the coordinator Dr. Manoj Dahiya for the successful conduct of the program and appreciated his dedication and efforts.
